FY 2027–28 Measure A Spending Plan Community Input Sessions

The LA County Department of Homeless Services and Housing (HSH) is inviting community members and partners countywide to participate in upcoming Fiscal Year (FY) 2027–28 Measure A Spending Plan Community Input Sessions.

These virtual sessions are the second phase of Los Angeles County's community engagement process for developing the Fiscal Year 2027–2028 Measure A Spending Plan.

During these sessions, you will:

  • Review a proposed FY 2027-28 Measure A Spending Plan scenario

  • Learn more about proposed investments

  • Share input on how Measure A resources can continue to help reduce homelessness and keep people housed.

Sessions take place throughout September, including regional and special population sessions.

Community members are welcome to attend any session that works best for their schedule. In addition, two dedicated sessions are being offered specifically for municipal partners, including cities and Councils of Governments (COGs), to provide flexibility and multiple opportunities to participate in the spending plan process.
