Focusing on Homelessness Prevention for Older Adults & Caregivers!
The Innovations Committee launched the Homelessness Prevention Resources Questionnaire for LAACHA members and partners to share their housing stability resources. The resources can range anywhere from direct payment of rents, utilities, etc., to workforce training and placement, food, clothing, transportation, etc., all aimed at preventing older adults and caregivers from losing their homes.
The information shared in the questionnaire will be complied into a live document and shared with all LAACHA members, ensuring LAACHA members receive the latest updates of resources.
All homelessness prevention resources are welcome regardless of LAACHA Membership. We are striving to help keep individuals and families housed throughout Los Angeles County. For further information, please Contact Us
